PASTRY CLASS WITHOUT CHEF AMIN???

erm...wednesday 4 february 2009..
today pastry class with chef Amin..
unfortunately he is not coming...
but take over by chef Mimi...

class start around 8.30...
on that day we learn how to make puff pastry...
ermmmmm..
sounds good rite...

but to make it
sikit punyer la susah..
bukan lah susah ape kene liupat doh tu berkali2...
this is for wat untuk mendapatkan lapisan2 yg cantek...
