this morning at pastry class session..
we learn how to do decoration for desert....
each of us need to made the brownies walnut first..
then cut the cake into shape that we want..
it depends on our creativity...
for me decoration for desert it must be simple,
creative, and have the practicality...
if we need to serve for 200 packs, so the simple decoration yet nice and easy IS THE BEST..
if ur decoration is too complicated, it will make u in trouble to do it...
