Gaya Hidup Sehat Amalan Mulia

Eceh entri bagai talk show dalam Wanita Hari Ini
paling tidak pon mcm kat dlm Nona.. eh!! I peminat setia Nona tau
dari zaman anak kecil lagi.. okeyh saya tipu =_=

Nak jugak letak gambar yg menggambarkan gambaran cara hidup sehat
banyak gile word gambar! So berdasarkan gambar, owh ye gambar lagi.. dan gambar ini.. dan gambar.. LAGI!! OKEYH cukup... =_=

berdasarkan gambar tersebut (gambar lg) dah ternyata memberi pelbagai maksud tentang makne Gaya Hidup Sehat Anda Buat Anda Dapat eh tak Gaya Hidup Sehat Amalan Mulia

Kualiti hidup sehat ini bergantung kepada individu.. Cara pemakanan, cara mengawal stress, dan corak hidup juga antara faktor yg mempengaruhi cara hidup sehat.
Sehat ini merupakan nikmat yg sering kita lalai.. walhal kita juga tak menghargainya..
Jaga lah nikmat kesihatan ini sebaik mungkin bagi mengelakkan hidup kite menjadi tidak tentu arah..

Berbalik pada objek diatas.. Ianya lengkap dgn pelbagai msj.. Ianya satu gambaran lengkap tentang cara hidup sehat..

SEPERTI SAYA!!! Saya telah bangun pagi.. maksud sy seawal pagi dan bermula lah regim jogging saya wah regim ye kawan-kawan.. REGIM !! kira regim ni macam aktiviti lah..

Saya dan Ashraff telah berjoging dan berjalan dr sekeliling taman dihadapan kawasan rumah dan berjoging ke Jusco Perda.. bukan ntuk shopping tapi saje jer~~ hahahha

dan sebenarnyer niat nak bayar bil air dan api.. hahhahaha
ok tak???
kitorg je mampu berjoging sambil membayar bil.. org lain tak mampu.. anda MAMPU??
HAHAHHA

OWH YE... kerohanian juga tak boleh di lupe yer untuk menjamin kesihatan yg hakiki.. wah suci.. hakiki katenyer.. terisi lah sikit jiwa ini dgn unsur unsur rohani..
terang sikit hati ini.. tak lah gelap jer~~~ musim musim exam nih elok kan..
hahhahahha.. alang2 otak segar dgn udara segar, kite isi sekali dgn rohani hati kita ni..

It's my turn to turns 20

my birthday is just pass few days..
on 28th October is my 20th birthday celebration
I'm 20 babey, and YES it's mine!!!~~

now i put myself in 20 years old peoples.. btw whats mean to all of you by this??
we matured enough to be a good person in that age??
i always think and refresh back what I'm doing in my entire life in past..

is that i do a lot of good deeds??? am i so mean when dealing with people around me??
I always put it that question in my mind..
i know I'm not a good person.. yes indeed.. a lot of weakness that i do..
sometimes i do regret it but i easily repeat the same things
where is my brain?? or i just freely follow my lust??
yes!! sometimes lust will conquer and control yourself..
just in a second it will blind you..

my dad always told me that every single day will change and
change as our age..
we were getting older and become adult
the responsibility that falling to us is become higher...
would you do and act at the same way???
or just stick and always do the wrong things??
think and bare in mind..
the changes will makes ourselves better and we actually really need change

there is nobody can change you, myself and people around me right now
but only one
which is YOURSELF!!!!

YOU WILL NOT REGRET

as myself in a new phase of my life
i feel free to get right on whats wrong
and i hope i would be a better person not in this remaining time
but until my last breath

tapi tapi lately alll my friend memg selalu online through Opera Mini..
they got free access to World Wide Web.
patotla selalu beno hupdate status kat Fb =_=
and now i know, even u got a simple phone i mean not using a smart phone u still can online widely...
cume some of them didn't notice about their phone features..
mcm i ni ha..
i br tau yang my phone can do watch youtube..
ahhahahah

Back to the Blacberry~~ NOW blacberry come with now model which is Blacberry Torch..
personally ianya sgt WOW!!! konon2 tak terungkap dgn kate kate.
slide pulak tuh mcm sliding door umah aku..
and and and it have both function button and touchscreen..
hebat kan HEBAT!!!

Aku terlalu excited ketika berbicara tentg ini kerana my phone is going Crazy~~~
ROSAK KOT..
dlm hati teringin untuk menggunakan BB..

then after a week followed by the next paper..
gila jauh.. byk sangat gab
eceh poyo.. padahal boleh jer nak study time mase teluang itu

until i finish the fourth paper..

ok la later on i do back here again dgn citer2 yg i dah lame tak curah kat blog habuk nih..
